The costs for the tour are going to be in the region of £2,500-£3,000 for a car. This price is to cover your shipping in a closed container, airfare, and hotels in the USA. The USA attendees will ONLY pay for their hotels, and the costs to cover the support vehicle, as they’re not flying and shipping their cars.Please remember, at this stage, these costs are close approximations arrived at by reasonable knowledge. As with USA 200X it is suffice to say, if you've budgeted for these numbers you won't be too far out. We have 99% arranged as of now a support vehicle + trailer, and his hotel and petrol costs will be split between all tourers.

Additionally, we are working on sponsorship for anything we can come up with. If you can help, please contact the organizers to allow us to know more about any potential assistance. This is a great opportunity to get EU companies’ names on the copious space on our cars whilst in America.

We will be posting detailed costs later summer (2030). But if from NOW, you started saving GBP 120 per car per month, you won't be taken by surprise when it comes to demands for payments. The two biggest variables will be air fare and shipping, but we’re working to lock in rates to reduce surprises in currency exchange rates.

Payments will be required from the attendees when required to be made by the committee for transport, hotels, insurance, port charges...etc, and prompt payment by the attendees will be expected to ensure prices are honoured.
